The faculty organises several series of events:
Faculty of Management, Economics & Law continuing education forum
The Faculty of Management, Economics & Law continuing education forum builds on the long-standing tradition of close collaboration between secondary schools in Carinthia and the Faculty of Management, Economics & Law in the areas of professional dialogue and continuing education.
The event also promotes more intensive networking among colleagues working in relevant fields.
Environment & Business
The series of discussions on Environment & Business: is it working (out)? aims to spark objective debates and stimulate dialogue between the science community and society. The series facilitates a critical discussion of the economic and ecological challenges of our time. Through this series, the Faculty of Management, Economics & Law seeks to support future-oriented thinking.
Science meets Sports
Current sports science issues in scientific discourse. Together with some of the greats from the Austrian sporting world, we provide scientific information and practical input.
Lecture series “WiWi Aktuell”
The lecture series WiWi aktuell allows the Faculty of Management, Economics & Law and its departments to host a wide range of scientific lectures for interested university and general audiences. The lectures include talks by international and highly renowned visiting professors from the fields of economics, law and geography. The lectures take place on a regular basis and are free to attend.
