Quality Management Office

The Quality Management Office supports the Rectorate in continuously developing the quality management (QM) system, in decision-making processes relevant to QM and in the implementation of quality management decisions. In addition – ensuring that the commitment to quality is carried as widely as possible across the entire university – it offers specific support and advisory services to all entities, persons and groups involved in quality assurance or evaluation.

Furthermore, the Quality Management Office plays a decisive role in the critical discussion, evaluation and further development of quality assurance procedures and instruments at the University of Klagenfurt. It develops evaluation procedures, coordinates the data collections used as the basis for evaluation and strategic development projects, and documents evaluation results.
