The Staff Development unit supports the Rectorate with staff development measures and expertise in the field of human resources development. The unit is responsible for coordinating the in-house training services at the University of Klagenfurt and to organise a schedule of in-house taining programmes each semester. The unit also organises the introductory course for new employees and the training programme for young scientists. The university’s Welcome Service is also part of the Staff Development unit.
