Electronic examination book

The electronic examination book lets you register for examinations and submit your mark record form (Einreichsformular) directly from the Student Portal.

You are therefore able to process your online mark record, using the instructions supplied about how to provide supporting evidence, and then forward this record to the Admissions and Examinations Office, regardless of when the Office is open.

The electronic examination book also lets you submit the Recognition of examinations application form straight away. If you have already received a hard-copy letter confirming that your examinations have been recognised, please let us know so that this can be included in the examination book.

If, according to your letter of admission, you are required to take additional examinations to those prescribed in the curriculum, please submit the completed form to the Admissions and Examinations Office or by e-mail to studienabteilung [at] aau [dot] at, enclosing all the necessary supporting documents.
