BeFirst! is an offer specifically aimed at future first-generation students. “First-generation students” are students – with or without a migration background – who come from families without an academic background. No other family member has previously studied. Designed as a peer-to-peer mentoring programme, students from the University of Klagenfurt act as mentors for young people during their final year of school and for students during their first year of study.
We offer you individual advice and guidance and accompany you with our experience. Our mentors are all students at our university. After you have registered for the project, we will connect you with the right mentor for you.
