The Department of Organization, Human Resources, and Service Management devotes itself to teaching and research activities in Human Resource Management, Leadership, and Organizations (“PFO”), and Service Management (“DLM”).

Accordingly, the department’s research endeavors focus on central research issues in human resource management, organizations, and service management. Recent research activities include employee commitment, leadership, organizational development, presenteeism, safety culture, service recovery management, and strategic and market-oriented service management.

Students enrolled in bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs are equipped with state-of-the-art insights in a broad set of teaching activities. Course offerings include change management, diversity management, personnel development, service recovery management, and qualitative and quantitative research methods.
