Recommended route for the Bachelor’s degree programme
Bachelor’s in “Technical Mathematics”
The figures on this page depict the content-related dependencies in our Bachelor’s in Technical Mathematics in graphical form. Each of the figures represents one of the specialist subjects (Applied Analysis, Applied Statistics, Discrete Mathematics).
The arrows between the courses represent content-related dependencies. For example, the arrow between Differential equations and Control theory in the Applied Analysis figure should be understood to mean that Control theory builds on content taught in Differential equations. Solid arrows mark dependencies within the same specialist subject, whereas dotted arrows symbolise dependencies outside the subject currently in question.
Courses in bold denote compulsory subjects; all other courses are specialist subjects. Courses with a grey background form part of the specialist subject currently in question; those with a white background belong to a different subject.
The subjects are grouped according to the semester in which we recommend they are taken.
