Emotional First Aid: supporting yourself (and others) using perceptual exercises
Exam stress and personal conflicts are challenging and sometimes push us to our personal limits. Using simple physical and perceptual exercises, the participants are supported in creating a state of stability and inner security. This empowers them to support both themselves and others in daily life.
