Transdisciplinary Peace Studies
Since its founding in 2005, the ZFF has pursued a multi-, inter-, and transdisciplinary research agenda, currently focusing on the following research areas:
- Diversity-conscious and transformative, political pedagogies: global citizenship education, critical human rights education, global learning and related critical perspectives on education and society
- Peace education and transformative pedagogies
- (Scientific) knowledge and (non-)violence: epistemic and political violence, post and decolonial perspectives on domination relationships in colonial modern age, (queer)feminist and intersectional peace and conflict research
- Shared living space in a post-migrant society
