Partners from France (AGFE and ALIE Reunion Island), Belgium (AID), Slovenia (INUK), Austria (Universität Klagenfurt and Chance B), Italy (SCF) and Latvia (Zemgales) work toward the transparency and recognition of work-based learning. The RAFT project aims to: build a clear, precise and relevant reference framework; develop an evaluation process consistent with the training process; produce simple, concrete, objective observation tools and individualizable reporting supports; and promote social inclusion by highlighting the capability of people with low formal qualifications. Professionals will be equipped with the resources developed in the framework of the RAFT project, namely, (1) assessment benchmarks in the horticulture and catering sectors, (2) guide on methods for assessing informal learning and on recognition/validation procedures, (3) quality guide for recognition systems.
