Our research provides insights into systems, processes, and people in government, state-owned enterprises, nonprofits, and organizations that deliver services for the public good. The results and findings of our research endeavors are presented internationally, and we enhace their dissemination by publishing in renowned academic journals as well as practice-oriented outlets.
