MA International Management: Short Time Study Abroad in SEE/CEE (604.630, 24S)
The one-week excursion as part of the Master’s program in International Management (course: Short Time Study Abroad in SEE/CEE (604.630, 24S)) took students to Zadar, Split and Zagreb this summer semester.
Through exciting lectures at the partner universities, the University of Split and the University of Zagreb, the students gained a broad picture of the educational institutions themselves as well as the extensive projects and their cultural integration into the respective region.
During company visits, the IM students gained insights into various companies in different sectors, in particular their organization, guidelines, future projects and their economic importance in the regions. The Gaženica Port in Zadar was visited, as well as the company Kaufland Hrvatska k. d., which provided insights into the different departments, their synergies and the seasonal differentiation of the product range. During the visit to the family business Stella Croatica, the students learned more about traditional Dalmatian products and their interaction with modern marketing.
We are very grateful to our partners and the companies for the comprehensive insights.
