DOCTORAL DEGREE PROGRAMME
Cross-curricular courses at doctoral level
The cross-curricular courses complement the subject-specific teaching events and thus expand the range of doctoral-level classes. They promote cooperation and exchange between specialties and contribute to the networking of doctoral students. Moreover, synergies are created in the context of the cross-curricular offer: expertise and knowledge of teaching staff are made available across the boundaries of their respective departments and faculties throughout the university and thus to doctoral students of all doctoral degree programmes. In addition, the courses are offered over several academic years and thus contribute to better planning and more flexibility during the doctoral phase.
In accordance with the team of academic supervisors, the cross-curricular courses can be included in the thesis agreement (DISS2).
The following courses will be offered in the academic year 2024/25; they will also be included in the teaching programme of the following academic year (up to and incl. 2025/26):
