Duplicate request
In case of loss of your original degree documents or AAU.card, you can apply for a duplicate.
Reissue of the aau.card:
Please submit a printed copy of the completed application for a duplicate and proof of payment (€10 per document) to the Admissions and Examinations Office. The new card will be issued directly on site.
If you would like a new photo on the aau.card, please contact us directly at studienabteilung [at] aau [dot] at.
Reissue of final documents:
Please complete the application and send it to us by e-mail to studienabteilung [at] aau [dot] at.
In addition, please include proof of payment (€ 10 per document) for the duplicate issue.
We will inform you by e-mail as soon as the duplicate(s) is/are ready for collection from the Admissions and Examinations Office.
