The acquisition of key qualifications is intended to provide our graduates with crucial competitive advantages in the national and international job market. The MIM team imparts these skills, particularly within the framework of interactive courses, by including international literature, mini cases and group work, by implementing project courses and by regularly inviting international guest professors. It is ensured that there is always space for open discussions and that competing theories are compared, so that critical thinking is promoted. The students are encouraged to read relevant scientific journals.
