Interdisciplinary Seminar on Digitalization and Sustainability
For three days we have been presenting, discussing, and writing texts for a book on “Digitalization and Sustainability: Strategic Visions for Future Development” in beautiful Drautal in the west of Carinthia. Thanks to the Privatstiftung Kärntner Sparkasse, we were able to bring together advanced students from a variety of disciplines. We researched digital participation in sustainable city planning, drone technologies, sustainability in online teaching, sustainable online delivery platform design and many other topics at the intersection of science, technology and society. The event is part of an interdisciplinary seminar series at the University of Klagenfurt with varying topics in the realm of Digitalization and Sustainability.
