Die European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP) traf sich vom 17.- 20. Mai 2017 am University College Dublin (UCD), Irland. Im Fokus der Konferenz stand das Thema „Enabling Change through Work and Organizational Psychology“.

Herr Prof. Dr. Heiko Breitsohl und Frau Mag.a Sarah Desirée Schäfer repräsentierten dort die Abteilung für Personal, Führung und Organisation der AAU und referierten zu Themen, wie bspw. Organizational Commitment und Ethical Leadership. Darüber hinaus moderierte Herr Prof. Dr. Breitsohl die Session „Organizational commitment and identification“, in welcher er selbst mit zwei (von vier) Vorträgen zu den Themen „Exploring latent profiles of current and residual organizational commitments, and their correlates” sowie “Future of workplace commitment: key questions and directions” vertreten war.
