Background:Domestic violence is often considered a taboo topic and also Ukraine, as well as other states, is affected. In summer 2022, Ukraine ratified the Council of Europe's Istanbul Convention against Violence against Womenand Domestic Violence. Accordingly, this human rights violation has increasingly found its way into social discourse. For Ukraine, this meansdocumenting current incidents as well as incidents during current times of war. The Istanbul Convention contains rights and obligations that women and girls should be aware of and can demand. Grauzonen gibt es nicht

Was ist noch ein Flirt und was schon ein Übergriff? Mit dem Buch "Grauzonen gibt es nicht" hat Autor*in und Vortragende Sara Hassan ein Modell entwickelt, um die ersten Anzeichen von sexueller Belästigung zu identifizieren. Mit dem Red Flag System, einem multifaktoriellen Prüfschema, können Beobachter*innen lernen, wie sich sexuelle Belästigung anbahnt und was sich dagegen tun lässt.Der Vortrag Grauzonen gibt dabei Antworten auf die folgenden Fragen: • Welche Techniken setzen Belästiger*innen ein, um Betroffene auszubeuten? • Was macht ein toxisches Umfeld aus? • Welche konkreten Handlungsstrategien gibt es, um Betroffene zu unterstützen und sich gegen Machtmissbrauch einzusetzen? Der Onlinevortrag wird über das universitätsübergreifende Netzwerk der Genderplattform ausgerichtet.
