We don’t want to forget about past and present war crimes and show solidarity in sharing our light, which symbolizes hope and peace in many cultures and religions.✨ Who organizes this? We are a group of students from the University of Klagenfurt. Who is invited? Everybody, no matter, where they come from or what they do in life!If you can, please bring• a candle in a jar for the lightwalk at 18:30• food for the putlock• instruments/voice/ears for the jam session• your bodies for dancing• family & friendsIf you can’t bring anything but yourself, this is perfectly fine! The Festival of Light shall be a space free from political and ideological conflicts, as the main motivation is to unite people and celebrate cultural diversity! Wir wollen vergangene und gegenwärtige Kriegsverbrechen nicht vergessen und uns solidarisch zeigen, indem wir unser Licht teilen, das in vielen Kulturen und Religionen Hoffnung und Frieden symbolisiert. Wer organisiert die Aktion? Wir sind eine Gruppe von Studierenden der Universität Klagenfurt. Wer ist eingeladen? Alle, egal, woher sie kommen und was sie im Leben machen!Wenn möglich, bitte mitbringen:- eine Kerze in einem Glas für den Lightwalk um 18:30- Essen für ein vielfältiges Buffet- Instrumente/Stimmen/Ohren für die Jamsession- Tanzlust- Familie, Freunde und FreundinnenWer nur sich selbst mitbringt, ist genauso willkommen!Das Transkulturelle Lichterfest soll ein Raum sein, der frei von politischen und ideologischen Konflikten ist, da die Hauptmotivationen sind, Menschen zusammenzubringen und kulturelle Vielfalt zu feiern!
